Full-time Salary: £25,600 – £30,000
Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering.
Level 2 Certificate in Baker or Certificate in General Patisserie and Confectionary
Level 3 Diploma in Professional Bakery.
Higher National Certificate/Diploma in Baking and Food and Drink Processing
Experience- Minimum one year’s experience in a café or restaurant environment.
Looking for a Head Baker to manage a small production site producing muffins and other baked goods for our cafe.
Candidate must have experience, and able to:
Work independently and as part of a team.
Have good knowledge of breads and pastries.
